My Journey as CEO in the Aseeder Business Simulation (ABS)

In October 2024, I had the incredible opportunity to compete in the Aseeder Business Simulation (ABS) in Vietnam as the CEO of my team. Let me tell you - it was a whirlwind of challenges, learning, and growth! The competition had four intense rounds: auction, pitch deck, operation, and business battle. As the youngest team in the entire competition and with little prior experience in such simulations, we knew we had our work cut out for us. But hey, challenges are where the fun begins, right?
Leading my team through brainstorming sessions was like conducting a symphony (minus the music). We turned our ideas into solid concepts and collaborated with our own design team to create a prototype that we were all proud of - perfecting every tiny detail to make it as amazing as possible. One of the most eye-opening parts of the competition was interviewing real-life target customers. Hearing their feedback made our ideas stronger and more aligned with what people actually needed.
The pitch deck round was where I really felt the CEO vibes. Crafting persuasive speeches to convince the investors to bet on us was both nerve-wracking and exciting. I kept reminding myself (and my team) that confidence is key—even when you're competing against seasoned participants.

Despite being the youngest and least experienced team, we advanced to the second round! Unfortunately, we couldn’t continue due to time constraints, but I’m still incredibly proud of what we achieved. Leading my team through tough decisions and high-pressure scenarios taught me that with the right strategies and teamwork, you can punch above your weight and leave a mark.
ABS wasn’t just a competition—it was a crash course in leadership, resilience, and believing in ourselves. I walked away with lessons that I’ll carry into every project I take on in the future. And now, I’m even more ready for the next challenge!! 🙌
Our Winter Bazaar Adventure!
On the chilly morning of December 7th, my charity project team and I dove headfirst into the hustle and bustle of the winter bazaar. Armed with a plan (and some serious determination), we decided to sell warm and cozy treats: drinks, noodles, sausages, and crepes—basically, everything your heart desires on a cold day!

Setting up our stall was an adventure in itself. Once everything was set, I became the unofficial hype person for our stall. I ran around telling my friends, "Come get your noodles, crepes, and sausages here! Warm food, warm hearts, cool project!" It worked like magic - soon, we had a mini crowd around our stall.
By the end of the day, we were sold out (yayyyy!) and made an amazing amount of money. But the best part? Knowing that every penny we earned will go toward helping students in rural areas get the support they need. Honestly, it was so much fun that I can’t wait to do it all over again next year—table wrestling and all!
See some pictures of our stall, and don’t forget to come support us on Tet Festival too!

Our Memorable Visit to Lang Son: A Day of Fun, Learning, and Growth
On December 21st, my charity project team and I took an unforgettable trip to Lang Son, where we visited Nhat Tien and Minh Son Primary Schools. The day was packed with energy, excitement, and a few surprises that made it one of my favorite experiences ever.

At Nhat Tien School, I took on the role of leading the sports station alongside a friend of mine. Together, we guided the kids through a series of fun and creative obstacles. It wasn’t all smooth, but with patience (and a lot of cheering), we managed to keep everything moving smoothly. By the end of the session, the kids were full of energy and ready to take on the brain challenges organized by the other team members.
In the afternoon, we headed to Minh Son School and led the station again, this time with even more confidence and flow. But the real highlight of the day came during the fun performances. My friend and I decided to show off our “talent” (maybe more of a hobby!) and danced to a lively song. Seeing the kids and everyone else smile, cheer, and enjoy the moment filled me with so much joy. Afterward, we all came together to sing Vietnamese songs, celebrating our culture in the most heartwarming way.

Dancing in front of everyone was a big step for me—it helped me break out of my shell and boosted my confidence to share what I love without worrying about being judged. But beyond the fun, the trip taught me so much. From the patience I practiced with the kids to the enthusiasm they shared, I walked away feeling inspired by their energy and resilience.
This trip wasn’t just about helping others; it was also about learning more about myself. It’s a core memory I’ll cherish forever, and I’m so grateful for the experience to give, grow, and connect with the amazing students of Lang Son.
